We strive to process your order the same day but ask your patience in allowing us three days. You will know the day we ship when you receive your shipping confirmation via email.

Please understand we cannot predict nor control the United States Postal Service or their schedule or their holidays but the majority of the time, they’re GoodGuys. As a matter of fact, they do deliver to most areas on Saturday.

If you need to adjust your ship-to address to accommodate, please be advised. CoCo

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The USPS provides insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation for USPS International Priority and Express Mail. Please know your custom regulations, fees and shipping delays that can happen. Customs fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. They will be your responsibility. And, we are not responsible for delays of USPS and especially Customs. Once we ship and can prove parcel is in the mailstream, we have no further control. If you are ordering on a time constraint, we cannot be responsible. If this is your desire, please use a service where it is guaranteed. Thank you.

Note: American & International shipments that are refused or non-deliverable and subject to package abandonment, will not be eligible for any refunds.


Returns… You know how it is – we are all merrily going our way and most of us are easy – until a few mess it up for all of us. We are consumers, too. That is why we now have this Return Policy as written 🙁 Previously, we were laxer but we had several returns come in 30 to 60 to 90 days later and we could not re-stock because the items were sold out and deleted off of our site.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of an item. It must be in original, sellable condition. If after 10 days, we will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee. We do not accept refunds/returns after 20 days.

Please email with your name, order date, order number and reason for return. We will email you. Please print out that email and enclose item in a padded package with your order number on outside of package.

After authorization, we must receive your return within 10 days. We will refund the product price, less the credit card and/or PayPal fee. If your return is received after 10 days of authorization, we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless we ship the wrong item.
